Hip opening yoga and pilates workshop – TBC - £15 per person.
Modern life and sedentary jobs have left us with tight hip flexors, limited mobility at the hip, weak glutes and lower back pain. Release and open up the hips, and activate the glutes with this great workshop, hands on adjustments, highly knowledgable teachers and take home worksheets for you to use at home. Also great for cyclists and runners. All ages, fitness levels and yoga abilities welcome.
Trigger Point Pilates workshop - TBC - £22.50 per person.
In this 90 minute workshop learn how to release muscular tension, improve flexibility and reduce the risk of injury using the spikey balls. Great for people suffering with aches and pains from sport, niggling injuries, muscle stiffness and posture related discomfort. Spikey ball and full workshop notes will be given out on the day for you to keep and take home.
Shoulder release workshop - Wed 10th May 2017 – 7:30pm. £15 per person.
Release upper back and neck aches and pains with yoga based stretches. Realign and improve posture with pilates based moves. This 90 minute workshop is great for those who suffer with tension headaches, sore necks, achey shoulders and posture related tension due to siting at a desk all day.
