18:00 – 19:00 Yoga for Cyclists/ runners

Wednesday

9:15 – 10:15 Yoga

18:30 – 19:30  Yoga for Office Workers

19:30 – 20:30 Tai Chi

Thursday

18:00 – 19:00 Pregnancy Pilates

19:00 – 20:00 Advanced Pilates

20:00 – 21:00 Beginner/ Intermediate Pilates

Friday

09:30 – 10:30 Pilates for all levels

Sunday

17:30 – 18:30 Sunday Yoga

 

Terms and conditions

All classes must be booked and paid for online. Email Sarah  with your class choice, you will receive a confirmation email with a booking link to take you to our secure payment system to secure your place.

Booking closes on the 20th of the month for the following months classes

Classes run on a monthly basis, minimum term of 3 months.

We require 1 months notice of cancellation, in writing.

We reserve the right to change the class time or instructor if necessary.

Parking: Please park in the public car parks on Churchill Way or Great King st.
