We achieve this by meeting with every client prior to any payment or training session to discuss and establish the correct pathway to help achieve the desired results. We endeavour to make your sessions fun and effective by offering a variety of exercises alongside up to date knowledge.

Any changes in health need to be communicated with your trainer asap.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24hours notice will result in full charge being incurred.
