Sarah has produced a recipe and nutrition book “Nourishing nutrition for mums to be” which contains all the information you need for this special time and easy to make recipes suitable for each trimester, available on the shop page.
Sarah is also qualified to offer nutrition for weight loss during and after menopause. Due to hormonal changes at this stage in a females life losing weight becomes a completely different ball game to when you were younger. Sarah has developed a 4 week weight loss plan that takes into account these hormonal changes, using foods that will balance the hormones (including improving sleep) whilst losing weight.
