My boyfriend and I have just completed the four week weight loss programme provided by Variety Fitness. The meals were delicious and have now become weekly favourites of ours, allowing us to continue to lose weight even though we have finished the programme. I did the Variety Fitness 4 week weight loss programme ready for a summer holiday. It was easy to stick to once I got the hang of it, and the recipes were delicious and suitable for the whole family. The smoked salmon spaghetti is now a firm favourite in our house! As are the tortilla pizzas! In total I lost 10lbs. This included 2 1/4 inches off my hips, 2 inches off my chest, 1 1/2 inches off my thighs, 1 inch off my waist, 1 inch off my bust and half an inch off both my calves and arms. Very pleased!
